What is the cost of sessions?
I am currently in-network with the following insurance companies: Anthem, Custom Design Benefits, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual, Medicare and Aetna. Self pay options available are: $150 for initial appointment and $120 for follow up sessions. A good faith estimate will be provided with intake paperwork, as well as can be requested during consultation!
What is the Cancelation Policy?
I ask that you allow for 24 hours notice (by phone or email)Â when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If canceling in less than 24 hours there is a $50 charge.
How long are Sessions?
Sessions are typically 55 minutes, however session time can vary. 30-45 minute sessions are available as well.
What should I expect in the first session and for ongoing treatment?
The first appointment will be the diagnostic assessment to determine based on your needs/symptoms if we are a good fit together. This appointment is typically a full hour.

After this, generally it is recommended to meet weekly, and then decrease sessions as symptoms improve. Length of treatment can vary for each individual and their current life circumstances.
What types of sessions do you offer?
I currently offer both In-person (Blue Ash, OH)Â and tele therapy sessions. At this time I am only able to offer these services to Ohio and Kentucky residents.
